Sebastian Scheipers ist ein preisgekrönter Gitarrist, Komponist und Produzent mit Sitz in Berlin. Seine musikalischen Wurzeln gehen auf eine klassische Ausbildung und ein Jazz-Guitarre Studium zurück.
Seit fast 20 Jahren spielt und tourt er als Gitarrist mit Bands und Acts wie Pegasus, Levin, [bih’tnik] und OTTO NORMAL.
Sebastian war schon immer fasziniert von den Mitteln und Möglichkeiten, Klänge und Musik mit Originalinstrumenten zu erzeugen und diese Sounds dann durch Effektgeräte und digitale Bearbeitung weiterzuentwickeln.
Zu seinen jüngsten Produktionen zählen das musikalische Debüt von Moritz Jahn mit der EP “Love, Hate, and the Mistakes of a Lifetime” sowie den Soundtrack für Robert Köhlers und Andreas Cordes Film „Boje“. Momentan bereitet er den Soundtrack für den Vampirfilm „Life Sucks“ vor, der seine zweite Zusammenarbeit mit Florian Schnell darstellt, für dessen Dokumentarfilm „In Europe’s Shadow“ er auch die Originalmusik beigesteuert hat.
Bei Frische Luft Music fungiert Sebastian als musikalischer Leiter.

Sebastian Scheipers is an award-winning guitarist, composer and producer, based in Berlin, Germany. His musical roots and foundation derive from an early classical education paired with a big admiration for jazz.
For almost 20 Years as a guitarist he founded, played and toured with bands and acts such as Pegasus, Levin, [bih’tnik], and OTTO NORMAL.
Sebastian has always been fascinated by the means and possibilities of creating sounds and music with original instruments and their further continuation and development through effect processors as well as electronic and digital gear.
His most recent works include the musical debut of Moritz Jahn with the EP “Love, Hate, and the Mistakes of a Lifetime” as well as the original score for Robert Köhler’s and Andreas Cordes’ “Boje”. At the moment he is preparing the score for the vampire flick “Life Sucks”, which marks his second collaboration with Florian Schnell, for whose documentary “In Europe’s Shadow” he also contributed the original music.
With Frische Luft Music Sebastian serves as the company’s Musical Director.
